Creating new covers is easy! We kindly request your assistance in providing templates for each foam padding piece.
Once you've worked your creative magic on these templates, just send them over to us here in the UK.
As soon as we receive your templates, we'll get to work, using them to craft the perfect covers for you. Our typical turnaround time is approximately one to two weeks, slightly longer if embroidery is needed.

Our specially designed air mesh fabric covers come equipped with integrated mesh padding, adding further comfort while also efficiently wicking away moisture. Cleaning is a breeze - simply toss them in the machine or opt for a spot wash!
The Anti-slip waist enhancement (originally born from Max Rjavec), is a game-changer. Crafted from a flexible HDPE plastic infused with 15mm closed-cell foam, it provides exceptional support. Encased in robust Cordura material, it is built to endure the most demanding conditions, just like your Pro harness.
